Websites Policing Sharing of Login Info

How common is it for websites with premium content to have the capability to stop people from sharing log in info?
By policing I mean only allowing one login at a time and kicking one person off if 2 log in at once or by straight up flagging your account if you log in from different IP addresses too many times?
Im not talking Netflix or huge companies like Google.

They would like you to pay for their service, as their terms of service dictate.
Hulu is probably the biggest enforcer (mobile devices and "TVs" to include Roku are not treated the same.) Hulu wants not just your IP address, but also your specific location. At least with Hulu, you can pay for multiple screens. Paramount Plus is next. It won't stream even on a computer unless you permit the app (which is just MS Edge) to show you ads. Sorry dudes, I paid for your service for a reason. Amazon Prime doesn't seem to care much. Netflix probably falls in the middle.
When you say you're not talking about Netflix or "huge companies" I'm not sure who is left.

Spectrum limits what you can view if you are not connected to your home internet. No ESPN or premium channels.
