Voicemail on an iPad?

I currently use the same Appleid on my iPad as my iPhone, and therefore receive text messages on both devices. Is there a way that I could also receive voice mails on both?
My iPad in a Wi-Fi only device…there are no cellular capabilities on this device.

No, they go through great lengths to keep the iPad as close but not a phone replacement as possible. You also can't pair an Apple Watch to an iPad.
