Verizon Jetpack Question - Please Help

I am now on satellite which is slow out in the sticks so I normally use my work issued Verizon Jet Pack.
Since last night (storm) the satellite which was out during the night is back on but Jet Pack will connect but I cannot stream anything on it.
Is it my dumbass or is Verizon down? Shows it's connected but cannot stream via Jet Pack.

Troubleshooting -How was your Verizon coverage on your phone at home? Can you streaming movies on your phone?

Is it possible it’s a coincidence? Once you use a certain amount of data per month, it slows down significantly and could make it difficult to stream.
