USB wireless headset with wired capability?

Wife is going to be teleworking from now on and wants a headset to use for work.
She wants a wireless one, with only one ear speaker that also can be wired if necessary.
Any ideas?
Searching on Amazon sucks arse.

Our work supplies a jabra evolve 65. 2 ears but works great and can have multiple devices connected at the same time and will automatically pause if you're listening to music or podcast and the other (pc) rings.

Does she care if it goes over her head?
Or is she looking for just an ear piece?
We've had great success with the Plantronics Voyager 4210.
Long batter life.
Headset is comfortable to wear and be be adjusted to be work on either ear.

Highly recommend the Jabra Evolve 65. We all use them where I work and they are great.
