Trouble creating an avatar

Just trying to make an avatar for this site. Basically it will be logos of teams. I have no clue how to do this.

Definitely fark board. 3son has been handling a lot of avatars lately. Either bump his avatar thread or start a new one. TPT is back and has been pretty quick responding as well.
