Torrenting Problem

Recently I have been having problems with the download speeds for my torrent.
When I start a torrent, the speed works its way up like pretty quickly like normal. After anywhere from 10-20 seconds the speed starts dropping rapidly until it hits 0. It then stays there.
Things to note:
1. I am using utorrent
2. I just switched to WOW and this just started happening
3. I use IPtorrents
4. I have my own wireless router hooked into the router/modem combo they gave me (not sure if this matters)
5. My speedtest are all normal
I also did some test i found online that let me know that my torrents were not getting throttled.
Anyone have anything like this happen? TIA

I will try this.
I still wonder why all of sudden this started happening. Not only has utorrent worked fine for me for years, but I h ave never had to force start.

I don't know what WOW is but if it started happening after switching to this WOW I'd suggest you switch back to whatever you were using before.
