Do they make a mixer that has the ability to connect input and output via Bluetooth?
I want a mixer that has the ability to stream a metronome from my iPhone, allow for a direct xlr line input, and connect out to my wireless earbuds.

You’re probably not going to find a BT I/o mixer.
What sort of budget are you looking at, and are you open to other ways of achieving a metronome in your ear with an instrument/voice mixed back into it?
Why not:
1) plug the phone in with a wire or use a standard BT 3.5mm dongle with a 3.5mm—>1/4” input (cheap) (or get a cheap receiver with BT input)
2) in-ear monitor ?
