Streaming issues on hotel Internet

I'm at a Hilton in Colorado currently and I've connected to their WiFi. When I go to stream STARZ, I'm told, "STARZ online streaming services are only accessible through participating partners located in the U.S. and certain U.S. territories."
Does anyone know a way around this? I'm not sure what the issue is. I tried the Opera browser with VPN set to different locations and that didn't help either.
ETA: It seems to only be a STARZ issue, because HBO Go and Cinemax GO seem to work fine. Fricking STARZ
