There are plenty of reviews on Youtube of Starlink beta testers showing their speeds, latency etc. From what I've seen most people are getting between 60-140 Mbps down and 20-50 Mbps up with a sub 60 ping.
The only thing is that Starlink hasn't said anything definite about their plans for data caps. Right now there is none, but I imagine there will be one when it launches.
