Split / Quad screen Apple Tv / Roku, etc.

So on Apple TV the ESPN app let’s you stream 4 channels at once. Is there a way to stream 2 different apps at once on a split or quad screen? (I.e. ESPN and channels app for a local channel like a CBS game)

Or maybe does fubo tv or youtube tv or sling tv let you stream multiple channels at once?
