Tell me some cool sh!t you guys have been doing with Alexa?
I mainly bought it so I can use a home security system I mentioned the other day, along with-eventually-buying a garage door opener, thermostat, lights, etc.
But what about the other cool stuff? How are you all using it?

Don't have an Alexa - but the Wink Hub with garage door opener is the shite.
Kids can come and go - they always were losing forgetting keys - but they NEVER seem to forget their phones (imagine that).
If they should happen to forget or lose their phone, they can call me at work and I can open.
Looking at adding some of the home security stuff in the future - so I may add Alexa/Echo/whatever is next

So far just to play music and interact with wink. Looking into more stuff currently but I don't know tasked very well.

I'm using one to play baby lullabies in the nursery right now.
That's about it so far. I've got a harmony hub that I don't think works with the echo

Harmony hub works with echo use mine to control tv you need to setup up ifttt station to use it
