Sling not launching on Fire TV

Bought a new Fire TV stick as my existing one was 2nd gen.
But now on the new stick, Sling won’t launch.
I’ve tried the advice on the websites including clearing cache, clearing data, reset fire stick, closing background apps.
Any other suggestions? Call Sling? I’ve exhausted all ideas.

Try deleting and re-adding the Sling app.

Thanks for responding. I tried your advice. Didn’t work.
Did a full factory reset, still nothing.
Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime video all work. I can even watch Sling on my iPhone. But it will not launch on the stick. Disney+ either.
I’ve requested a replacement stick. Will see if that helps.
