I helped a buddy hang and set up a customer's new Samsung qLED 75" tv yesterday. They have an indoor antenna to which we hooked into the coax port.
However, we could not get the tv to go to that feature and scan for channels. Any ideas?

I bet there is a video on YouTube. My cheaper Samsung tvs were super simple. I am not by a TV, but it was in the menu.

Did you go to Settings - Broadcasting - Auto program? We recently got new Samsungs (not QLED) and that was the process. Took me awhile to figure it out because it was different from our other ones.

We tried everything. It didn't have that option.

Got an exact model number?

samsung premium uhd vs qled
I just looked at these two. Need a new TV to go above our mantle. Is the qled worth the extra money? Basically it all looked the same to me.
Sorry to hijack this thread but I noticed a thread on qled so I didn’t want to start another thread.

I had this issue on a Sony. Had to switch the coax input from cable to antenna. Check out all of the settings.

I don't think you could go wrong either way

Uff-da, that's a bigun... both the 82" screen and the 172 page manual. Lemme make another pot of Community.

May have found it: when you speak into the remote control, do the proper blue lines come out of your mouth? If not, you may have to adjust your hipster haircut.

Actually, page 116 of this manual pretty much confirms what was said above: Press Home on the remote control, then select Settings, then Broadcasting, then Auto Program.
I did spot one possible tripping point: when you first scroll to settings, a menu of options will auto pop up. You have to actually *select* the settings "button" (function) to see all options such as Broadcasting -- not just hover over it. Interesting to note on P. 47 that you can just plug in a USB keyboard to emulate the remote control.
Hope this works. If not, just leave that junky TV out by your driveway and I'll see to it that it's properly disposed of.
