So I have a new S24 ultra. I have my ringtone for everything set to vibrate. However. If I'm in my truck and I get a text or call it rings and is incredibly loud. The only sound slider not set to zero is the bluetooth. With my old S21 I didn't have this issue.

You sure it ain't connected to your truck and blasting through the audio system?

It may be as simple as turning the volume down on your truck radio when your phone is ringing.

When I'm using maps, I have to adjust the truck volume so that I can hear the prompts. It only changes the volume for that specific feature. I'm not sure if it works for the actual ringtone though.

What he said. While the phone is ringing, turn down the volume of the truck.

yeah, I can easily turn down the volume. What I want is for the ringer to be muted when connected bluetooth

Not sure if I understand exactly, but what we're trying to say is:

While the phone is ringing in the truck, the truck volume knob should only control the ring volume. If you turn it down then, it should stay down. The volume of your music, etc should not be affected.

I figured it out, I had to go into the radio settings and mute all the ringers. I guess that all reset with the new phone
