Running RCA from TV to Receiver. Is this the best option?

The plan is to run a 50' RCA Audio wire from the TV, through the attic, to the receiver for the outdoor stereo. What kind of audio quality will I get from this, especially over the long distance? Is there a better way to do this for higher quality?
Also, best place to get high-quality, long-length RCA wires? Radioshack's online store seems to be pretty reasonable, but what's the quality like?

A wire is always better but I've had good luck with these RCA to Bluetooth adapters: LINK. You can set one up as a transmitter and the other as a receiver.

Check Monoprice for the cables. Probably free ship for black Friday.

Looked on Monoprice, only have one option but I think it would work, I'll just split the video wire off.
This wire will be run along side speaker wires, so is this RCA insulated enough to avoid interference?
