Running Internet cable/wire - Nola Metro

Maybe a stupid question, but I am needing an internet wire run to an upstairs room. Any recommendations on who to call for this?

Oh, and you don't need one based out of New Orleans. When I worked for one in Baton Rouge, they sent me all over 225/337/504, thankfully not usually in the same day. It's a pretty simple job, you can also look on FB Marketplace for a one man shop. Any electrician or telecom (phone) guy can do it.
