Ring Smart Lights & Transformer

I've recently went down the rabbit hole of adding smart home devices, and I've come across a problem I haven't been able to fix.
My ring smart lights and Ring LV Transformer say offline in the app. Every now and then they will come "online" but if I try to switch the lights on or off from the app they go back offline and I get a message "lights failed to turn on."
Everything worked a few days ago, but my Ring alarm was on an account my wife started and the lights and doorbell camera were on an account I set up. Even though I could control everything in the app I was having to flip between two different accounts. So I removed the doorbell and lights from my account and added them to hers.
Another problem, the lights (when on my account) were connected to our main home WiFi network, and never had a problem. When I try to setup on her account the devices wouldn't connect back to that network. I figured I had too many devices on one network so I create a separate network, which they connect during the setup process to but continually say Offline in the app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
