RING Doorbell

I have owned my Ring doorbell for about 4 years now. After all that mounting and unmounting for recharging, the small screws at the bottom to secure it to the base are worn out or busted (they don't turn).
Has this problem happened to you? I had to improvise and use heavy duty tape (for packing boxes) to attach the doorbell to the base. So far it has worked, but until when?

I bought the pro because I didn’t want to charge batteries.

eh, mine is wired to the old doorbell. There's no recharging.
