Looking to gain at least intermediate skills in all the major platforms/tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, NotebookLM, Claude, Perplexity, Manus, etc.)
The LLMs themselves seem to suggest Andrew Ng over at Coursera.

Anyone found anything useful and streamlined?

AI is a huge topic.
Couriera is a good place to start learning about python. Maybe start with analytics and SQL first before learning anything about ML though.
Biggest thing to know are LLMs are exactly what they are: language models. The secret sauce is mostly in the abstraction layers between the user and the model. Best way to learn about RAG is to start vibe coding. Find something you want AI to do and build an agent that does it.
