Recommendations for home surveillance system installation

I would like to have 5-6 cameras installed at my house. Ascension parish area. Any recs for installers would be appreciated.
Reading up on POE vs analog cameras now as one guy asked if I had a preference and I did not know what he was talking about. Waiting on my first set of quotes to come in.

You can get 2MP (1080p) out of HD over coax. For a residence you really don't need more than that. In fact you would benefit more from adding a couple more cameras rather than paying for more resolution.
