And? What's the issue here? I actually know someone with a special needs child and he is much easier to handle in public when he has his tablet/phone with him. He can focus on his game or whatever he's in the mood for and this helps keep his mind off the other everyday shite we think nothing about that gets him all nervous and scared. It's like a comfort zone for him if you will.

I was kind of drunk when I read it last night. I took at as the person who asked the question was making fun of special needs people (misspelling on purpose etc)
