Questions about my modem

I have cox internet. I just started getting crappy speeds the last 2 days. Speedtest shows under 5 Mbps download. Of course cox says it must be my modem. They shot some signal that restarted the modem. I had great speed for about 5 minutes. When I go to 192.168.100.1 it only shows 2 upload channels. It also shows the power level for the download channels ranging from 8-11 dBmV. I have the Arris SB6141 and I am hooked directly to the modem right now. What should I do next?
