other wires except HDMI from Apple TV to Projector & Power cables for the SONOS sound-bar and SONOS subwoofer? Would the built-in bluetooth in Apple TV suffice or do I need a dongle or is it even possible?

For reference the Apple TV sits right next to the projector in back of the movie room sofa. I haven't bought the SONOS speakers yet because I am not sure it's even possible to make it work seamless. The goal is to not use an audio cable or speaker wires if possible.

The soundbar has to plug into something via HDMI or optical.

This. But once the sound bar is connected, everything else is wireless.

I just read an article this week which was an interview with Sonos’s CEO. He said true wireless home theater is a high priority for them.

That's the issue though. The soundbar is up by the screen. The projector and Apple TV are in the back. I don't have the cash for a short throw projector
