Depending on the machine and the TV, its probably built in to mirror it already

Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter

Works great with my Surface laoptop.

Check your machine and make sure it is "Miracast" capable.

you need both your tv and laptop to be capable of screen mirroring. if you have a smart tv, youtube is very user friendly for doing this. youtube has a built in feature. It's not true mirroring but it's easier.
