What is the best option for me to carry around that will give me the option to power up my Surface Laptop, iPad Air, iPhone, Air pods, in a pinch? I won't need to charge these all at once but trying to avoid carrying my power cord with me everywhere that I go.

Keep in my backpack with all the other stuff. I get a full day use on battery with my Surface Laptop but there are times that I can cut it close if I have Teams Meetings.

I am unfamiliar with the surface, is the power port a USB C port? Or will you need an AC plug to power it up?

Here are a few options, I wold probably go with the Anker.

You can charge it via pass through USB C charging. Otherwise, you need to the AC adapter with the Surface Connect port which i would like to just keep plugged in on my desk at home and charge this way at night. The portable power would be to get me through the rest of the day when needed. I do like the Anker. I will check that one out. Thanks.

This is the kind of answer I would expect to get on the OT Lounge. Not here. I am disappoint.

Anker makes some pretty good ones. I have this one and it charges stuff up quickly. Just really depends on your use case - how much capacity do you need, etc.

Anker Prime Power Bank 20,000 mah.
