Phone won't make phone calls after latest security batch

Android. OnePlusN30. Cricket. OxygenOs 14
Won't make calls. Some won't ring. Others will just drop. Incoming are going straight to VM.
Wiped mobile settings and restart a few times. Mobile data is working. Phone is 1.5 years old. No clue what's going on
Cricket and OnePlus were no help

I would check the easy things first.
Restart phone.
Reseat the SIM card.
Make sure volume of ringer is up.
Call forwarding is off.
Airplane mode is off.
DND mode is off.
Check all the phone settings.
If you have any apps that interact with incoming calls, check those.
Check voicemail settings.
