I made this thread yesterday, but may have made the title too specific. Bottom line, my phone broke so I can't see how much space I was using, and can't decide if I should go with 128gb phone or 256gb phone. Original thread below:

Galaxy Note 10 vs Note 20

I had a Note 10 for work that just broke. I've narrowed their choices to either the same Note 10 with 256 gb of storage or a Note 20 with only 128 gb but has 5G. Both phones are over their allowance, so I would have to pay the difference and the Note 10 is $150 more. I can't see how much storage I was using on my phone, but I know that the standard iPhone only comes with 64, so maybe I don't need any more than 128?
The thing that takes up the most storage would be pictures and videos, but I back up those in Google Photos and I can probably delete any work related photos once I transfer them to their job folders.

ITA for any advice!

How many photos did you have and how long have you had the phone?

Honestly, no clue. I'm not a shutterbug or anything, but I do occasionally take pictures of the kids and stuff. I rarely shoot video. Probably half of the photos I have are stupid shite I see and send to friends or co-workers and just never deleted. I know as the years roll on, they will keep building up, and probably would need to go through them.
