Soundlink III is the best sounding Bluetooth speaker, but think it may not be loud enough for OP.
I personally would hardwire 7 speakers around the pool, and run it to a 7.1 receiver indoors. That's easier said than done, but it would be worth it.

I would not wire it to a 7.1 receiver. Music is stereo. There are stereo receivers and multi channel amps that are much better suited to the task than a surround sound receiver.

I know you deal more with mid- and high-End systems, but would you even consider a, say 4 pair, speaker selector (all selected "on" with circuit protection) as a poor man's multi channel amp? Or can you get multi channel amps down in the price range of something like your simple Yamaha stereo receiver ($100-150)?
Also, I'd like to point out that my first response was in attempt to keep the total price approximately that of a Bluetooth speaker. Obviously there are better options when you go up in price.

Yes, a solid impedance matching speaker selector is a fine option. Just make sure there is adequate power behind it to drive all of the speakers.
