Anyone have a good website or tips to set/calibrate picture settings on new Samsung TV?

avsforum generally has a bunch of settings that people use.

Search google with manufacturer, model number and calibration settings. AVS forums is a go to for this.

Do you still have to calibrate HDTV's? And do you have to wait for so many hours of use before doing so?
