Need to form a tech firing squad....

...for people who don't know their passwords. I'm stuck now on a very common issue, client doesn't know his email password, his 2 factor authentication works with another email that he doesn't know password for either, they each depend on access to the other account. No tech support available, so it's a vicious circle. There is also a corrupt MX record involved in the second email account.
