Naming a URL

How do I name a URL instead of posting it as a "blind link" i.e., if I post this link for tigerdroppings.com LINK / how do I name it "TigerDroppings"?

On the “post” page, just right of the little area you type your post you’ll see some buttons. One of them is “link.” When you click it, a window pops up asking for the URL and a title. This is the easy way to do it.
