MS Outlook To-Do List w/ Multiple Emails - How to separate flagged emails?

I like using the to-do flag to follow-up, and then go to the Task icon to review/respond/etc. I recently added a larger group email to my Outlook. Unfortunately, it now combines the flagged emails for both accts in my one view. I like having the little Task window on the bottom right of the window under my calendar. Good way for me to remember to get to that list of flagged ones.
How can I separate it so I only see my flagged emails in the task view? Other than just filtering the main view for flagged ones.
I've tried searching the internets for it, but can't seem to narrow it down and I seem to need some step-by-step help. TIA

So what you are asking for is if it’s possible to have multiple email accounts setup in Outlook desktop app (profile) with a way to differentiate between tasks/follow-up flags? Maybe different color flags or something in Task View?
Create color categories
Select Home > Categorize > All Categories.
To Rename a category color, in the Color Category box, select a color category, and then select Rename. Type an appropriate name for the selected category, and then press Enter.
To change the category Color, select the color you want from the Color drop-down Color Dropdown.
To create a New color category, select New, type a name, select a color, and select OK.
When you are done with Color Categories, select OK.
Assign an email a color category
Right-click an email message.
Select Categorize, and then select an appropriate color category for the message.

Thanks for the details on how to do the categorize option, though I was hoping to avoid it. I'm not that organized to use that feature, but may be the only option. Ie...I don't color code my calendar either, like I know many others do. Props to people who have that level of organization though.
The below pic I found is similar to the way I like setting up my Outlook. So the To-Do flag list pane in the bottom right corner is what I'm trying to filter better. Before I added the Group/Team email, it would only have the flagged emails in my direct email. Now it also includes the ones that get flagged in the Group/Team email. Also, if I go directly to the Tasks option in the bottom left corner, it includes both emails too. Only next quick option is to just use the "Arrange by: Flagged" option above the email title list. Which kind of defeats the purpose of using the To-do pane, other than habit and reminder to get to the list.
I found questions similar to this online that go back years, but not something that seems to have been corrected.
