Meta Quest Pro. Worth it?

Any VR experts on this board? I have an Oculus 2 that I play with but not a ton. The Quest Pro is coming out and is supposedly much better than the 2; however, it’s like $1500! Are the differences really that big?
Would it be better to wait for the Oculus 3?

I cannot fathom spending that much for any entertainment device. It would take a monumental improvement to consider spending that much. The current Quest 2 is pretty darn good but definitely has some shortcomings that would have to be overcome. Weight, better hand tracking, quality of apps and games, etc,etc...
