Just got a pair. Having trouble pairing the 2 speakers together. No problem pairing to Bluetooth on phone, but no luck getting them to play simultaneously. You tube videos are not helping. Any ideas out there?

I don't have these but I just did a Google Search for "megaboom 3 bluetooth speaker troubleshooting" and it returns several support articles including adding additional
speakers. Make sure your speaker has enough battery power (connect it to a power source with the supplied adapter).
The biggest issue appears to be that both speakers are not using the latest firmware or people are using the wrong app from the same manufacturer. The firmware is most easily updated from the smartphone app but it can also be updated from the manufacturer link on a Windows or Mac PC.
At a high level, I saw things like make sure the speakers all have the latest firmware, make sure you are using the correct app and latest version, restarting the device and speakers, holding down the volume and power buttons at the same time for 10 seconds??? Make sure your speaker has enough battery power (connect it to a power source with the supplied adapter).
NOTE: If the guest speaker is not set as a public speaker, you will see a message with an extra step before that guest speaker can join the party. The owner of that speaker will need to press the Bluetooth button twice on their speaker.
You should do the same search and try all of the more detailed support/trouble shooting steps.

I had two of the smaller speakers a few years back and I had to configure both speakers in the UE app.

Assuming you are using the app? I have had to turn the speakers off and reset the app before.
