I feel like this is the worst time to do this, people have been building home theaters left and right during covid. If you have an AVR and Apple TV and 4K UHD Player in an AV rack, you’re kinda screwed now.

CRAP. Just saw this. I've been a Harmony user for a long time and like others... it makes my life SO much easier esp. for my wife. The activity model just makes so much sense. Hate to hear this - I had been mulling grabbing a refurb Elite and I see the price of course has jumped a bunch. Fortunately my existing Elite seems to be working well.
Looks like the SofaBaton is just another device centric remote where you have to control things more individually, but with some macro help. Guess I'll check it out in case I need something.

I hope you're right but with the way everything is going to app based control, I really doubt it.
