LG Monitor Flickering

I have a LG computer monitor (Model 27EA31). Every few months or so, the screen will flicker on every few seconds. It seems to only happen after a Windows update or power outage. The only solution I've found is to plug/unplug the HDMI cable until the monitor stops flickering and remains on.

I've replaced the HDMI cable and same issue. I've also plugged my old monitors with same cable into same HDMI port on computer and the old monitors work fine. So, it has to be the monitor. Easy fix or time for a new monitor? Thanks for any suggestions.
