Jaybird Vistas...avoid at all costs

I originally purchase a pair of these in January to run with. By July they had stopped taking a charge. Jaybird customer support was nice enough. They sent me a replacement pair in August. Unfortunately the right earbud has stopped playing sound completely now. So I've had to pairs of these things that have gone out in less than a year. Anyone else had these issues with Jaybird? Even my dirt cheat ripoff earbuds last longer than these.
