Jabra Earbuds left bud quiet.

I’ve had the Elite 75+ for a few years. Recently the left bud has gone quiet. It still charges and can be used to toggle sound modes. I have tried the soft reset and the hard reset.
Anyone else gone through this and have constructive suggestions? TIA.

There is a small hole that has a microphone in it used for sound suppression. It’s probably clogged in that bud. Happens in mine with the right bud frequently. I use a thumbtack to carefully clean it. I’ve also poured rubbing alcohol in it to help loosen things up.
