Is it just me or did DIRECTV just remove picture and picture

Normally I press info then slide over to the end where it says pip but it’s gone . Is it just me or did they get rid of it

I never use it, but just checked, and the PIP option is still there for me.
Earlier today, the darn screen kept going black. Finally did a forced restart (red button on side of box), and it fixed it. Might be worth a shot for you.
