iPhone XR, rear facing camera not working

Just see a black screen. I can use the front facing camera to take photos, but not videos. I tried restarting the phone and resetting my settings. Anyone else encounter this? Any good fixes?

More than likely it’s the camera module, I would call AppleCare support and they can run diagnostics and determine if the rear camera module is detected. If it is the camera module, then it’s just replacing the module. Due to some ground springs making the repair a bit more difficult, I would recommend having Apple preform the repair. If you are out of warranty, I believe the repair cost is about $79.

iPhones are garbagio. Never in my life have seen a device so overpriced with so many problems. They are the BMW of mobile tech.
