I did notice that the standard display options have the brightness way down on the iPhone. Brightening the phone removed some of the yellowing I noticed with whites, but too bright gave the screen a blue tint from an angle.

It might have something to do with how you activate it. I used the new method where you take a pic of your old phone and it transfers everything via Bluetooth.

After a few minutes of playing around with the AirPods I'm really impressed. The bass is much better than expected. What I'm most impressed with is how "smart" they are. It connecting and disconnecting when you take it in and out of your ear is really cool. That's always a giant pain the arse when your trying to pair or unpair when you're getting phone calls.
Range on these is also pretty good. Just walked from my office to the kitchen and my old taotronics pair use to get fuzzy doing that, still clear as day with these.
Very happy with the purchase so far.

Yeah they are awesome.
I've never used any high quality sound headphones before and I don't need them so AirPods are perfect for me with the functionality.
