iPhone 6 screen replacement cost

Is $90 a decent price? Daughter dropped hers last night and it’s busted. I see kits on Amazon anywhere from $20-35. But I also watched a YouTube video and the amount of tiny screws to remove was pretty large. I just don’t want to try it and end up having to take it somewhere in the end.

Any non apple screen is a ymmv scenario. If you can get to an apple store a genuine display is $129 installed and calibrated. It’s possible to replace the display for cheaper, but during my past life as a tech at an apple store the amount of shitty third party displays causing problems or just looking wrong makes me hesitant to recommend anything but the real deal.

Like someone said you can just get a used perfectly working one at that price. You could then just sell it broken for probably $50+.. I mean I would even buy it broken for $50+ and fix it myself
Does the phone still power on? Can it be connected to itunes on a PC and be backed up? Do this if you can.
I actually fix them myself now because of how easy it is, but if you use the touch id then you have to swap the home button from the original phone for finger print to work on a new screen.
Idk, if money is not that big of a deal I suppose get it done for $90. That just seems so high, but all the repair places are going to want to charge that much.
What city are you in?
I have purchased full screen replacements to be done from this seller on eBay before and he's the best.

You just select your model and color you choose. You actually don't have to choose the same color as before. It's up to you. He fixes them the day he receives typically and ships back right away. Return shipping is already included in the price. He does it all. He is by far the most trustworthy of screen fixing mail in services.
I just don't know how quickly you need it back or what, but you could send 2-3 usps priority for about 5 bucks, then everything else is included in his price. I believe iPhone 6 is $30 total with his shipping back included.
You don't have to have the phone unlocked for them to fix it either. They just prefer it so they can test it fully.
Also, you sure its an iPhone 6 and not 6s? There is a massive difference here. Just double checking.
Trying to give you as many options as possible.
