iPad Pro repair

I have an iPad Pro 12.9 that needs a new charging port. It is out of warranty and the cost to service an out of warranty iPad Pro is about the same as buying a new one. I’ve contacted several computer repair businesses including Geek Squad at Best Buy and they all say the same thing, it’s not a repair they can do.
Apparently in the pro’s, the port is soldered to the mother board . Is there anyone besides Apple who can fix this?

Check Device Pros, they are out of Kansas, but they do our board level/microsolder work.
