FYI, the hyperlapse app only goes up to 12x while the new Time-lapse in camera runs at 15x.

I don't think this is it. I have never used iCloud for anything in the past, and I didn't enable it during the upgrade yesterday either.
EDIT: Got everything back. All I had to do was recheck the Manually Manage Music and Videos box.
