Hulu Live Recording

Anyone else have this issue? When I'm watching Hulu live and I hit record on a show I'm watching cuz I have to leave before finishing, it puts the show in "My Stuff" category automatically. Which then means Hulu records every episode of this show going further.
I can search the show and remove it from "My Stuff" later but its a real hassle to do this every time. Its real annoying when I'm watching a marathon of a certain TV show and want to record just one episode and I come back to my DVR filled with the entire day of the show recorded.
How do I just record the one show and that's it? Note, I'm also using a Firestick and the Hulu App to watch TV.

I haven't figured this one out yet. I recorded the end of an LSU basketball game once by accident. Evidently I hit the button to record while trying to turn to the channel the game was on. After that, every LSU basketball game was recorded. What really sucks is when I would try to put the game on after it started it would start from the beginning of the recording, which is really bad when you are flipping between channels.
