Has anyone had any issues lately with Hulu streams on Roku freezing while playing from their library material? (Not live streams)
I’ve restarted modem, re-installed app, all the usual tricks. I’m stumped.

Thats one of the reasons I dropped Hulu. I was streaming through an xbox and a pc and would get it only sporadically at first but this past year it got to be so bad that it was a weekly thing with frustration.

Are there any alternatives to Hulu Live? Still need access to a Library of some sort and not just live tv.

I went with youtube tv and really like it.....guide is 100% better, unlimited dvr, still has on demand stuff. I am not sure if I have ever seriously noticed any buffering either. Occasionally the resolution will drop a tad during sports but only lasts a few seconds.

Yea a week or so ago Hulu with Live TV was having issues for just live TV, for me. I got pissed after a few weeks of it so I dropped them and went with YouTube TV.
I rotate between those every 6 months or so whenever 1 is inevitably worse than the other. I keep Hulu (no ads) though 100%. It's basically our DVR since the DVR for youtube tv SUCKS. Sure, you have unlimited recordings but you have ads and/or commercials. Plus it just records every damn episode and you can't mark shite watched unless you sit and watch it through.
Both have strong points and both have definite weaknesses.
