It's a real pain I tell you... You have to upload it to a third party photo hosting sight such as imgur...

Go to this site postimages.org. Upload your image then look for the "Direct" link and copy that url. Come to here, click the "img" button on the right and paste that url in the box and hit ok. Click the "preview" button below to make sure it worked and then hit submit.
