I have a LTS DVR and security cameras setup around the perimeter of the home. Using the app on my iphone the remote viewing only work on cellular and not on my wireless network. Any ideas what the problem may be?

You may need to connect using the static LAN IP address you setup on the DVR to access it on your local network.
I am not completely sure how the phone app works, but I have setup a few Security Camera systems and had to have the 2 setups where one was when I was on cellular while the other was when I was on WiFi.
It can be PITA to set these up and it can have so many variables as not everyone uses the same standards.

What TARPS99 said.
When on your cellular connection, you are connecting to your homes IP address and the router needs to have port forwarding set up to let you see the DVR.
When on wifi - you are connecting directly to the local ip address of your DVR.
So have 2 connections - a "home" and an "away" that you can pull up quickly.

Thanks for the advice. I’m going to give it a go and setup two.
