I kinda went in this direction - New business. I am rolling strong with new Macbook Pro, Adobe Suite, Old Monitor, and G-Drive. Imovie is very easy to use as well.
Never used a Mac before or any above and kicking arse. Use the Mac as a straight up work center.
Google Docs and Sheets do a lot of same stuff Windows does.
You can do a lot with few things.
Biggest thing for you is to make sure you have your drone license as you are using it for commercial purposes.

Reaching back out as I am looking at other options to help with being able to operate on the go. Looking at doing the screen in th op with this.
This way I could hook up to a docking station at the house and work on the bigger screen, but also bring the laptop to work with me (offshore). I really want 32gb ram but ive been reading that 16 should be plenty to do what I need.
