I installed hassio on a raspberry pi 3B+, and everything was working fine. I installed a waze stick, and started pairing devices.

I added a zigbee "hat" and have failed so far in getting it working. I am getting a bunch of timeouts in the log. Apparently, I need to edit the config.txt file to add 2 tiny lines of code, and I cannot find that motherfricking file anywhere.

I got SSH working to get access to the file system. Can't find it.

Added a config.txt file with the codes in it. It disappeared upon reboot.

Configurator loaded in hassio. Still nothing.

Anyone know what I am talking about and have some advice to share?

Thanks

I run Hassio, never had to mess with a config.txt file. Are you looking for your configuration.yaml file?

This.

Very little is done with a .txt file. The Configurator addon should allow you to find the right files. I dont have experience with zigbee but I cant imagine it's much different than zwave.

It was the config.txt file. I had to take out the sd card, mount it as a drive on my computer, and then I could edit it. I had to add two lines to allow the zigbee shield to work.
